In addition, we grant access to new marketing channels, such as the Entrepreneur Fairs provided by allied enterprises.
Youth Program
Aimed to people between 18 and 24 years old who have not completed their formal studies and are unemployed. We train them in new technologies, trades and socio-emotional skills to enhance their capabilities. We accompany them to access their first experience in the market labor.
We provide knowledge in new technologies to promote the labor insertion in digital industries.
Trades Program
We offer technical training for unemployed people to facilitate their labor integration. We combine the teaching of traditional trades (hairdressing, electricity, welding and gasfitter, among others) with high demand, such as customer service, logistics and retail.
In addition, we teach digital skills and new technologies (software testing, programming and digital literacy, among others). Besides the technical knowledge, PROEM’s programmes integrate tools and strategies to enhance employability and labor intermediation processes with companies to facilitate their integration into the labor market.
Women’s Program
Aimed to women in vulnerable neighborhoods, seeking to strengthen their leadership and participation in the labor market to reduce inequality.
We work in trades training and in the acquisition of skills for the development of their businesses. We promote the labor inclusion of women in the world of technology, providing learning opportunities in an area that is not integrated by them.
We accompany them with trained tutors to address gender issues.
